DAY 01: GUWAHATI – SHILLONG (03 HR)

Welcome to Shillong – also known as the “Scotland of the East” is a hill station and the capital of Meghalaya and the only hill station in the country that is accessible from all directions

Meet & greet by our representative at Guwahati Airport and proceed towards Shillong. On the way enjoy the scenic views of Umiam Lake (THE LARGEST MANMADE LAKE IN NORTHEAST INDIA).

On arrival, Check in to the hotel and overnight stay

DAY 02: EXCURSION TO CHEERAPUNJEE (02 HR)

The morning after breakfast, today we will explore Cheerapunjee (the “wettest place in the world” Known for its abundant waterfalls, caves and natural beauty). We will explore Elephant Falls, Nohkalikai Falls (the fourth highest falls in the world), Danthlen Falls, Mawsmai Lime Stone Cave, Seven Sister Falls, and Eco Park.

Post-tour, return back to the hotel and overnight stay

DAY 03: EXCURSION TO MAWLYNNONG & DAWKI

The morning after breakfast, today we will explore Mawlynnong Village (03 HR) (which is known as The Cleanest Village in Asia) & Dawki (01 hr 30 min) (a small bordering town between India and Bangladesh)

In Mawlynnong, You can also experience the wonder of the Khasi War Tribes – The Single Dekker Living Root Bridge at Riwai Village

In Dawki, enjoys the Boat Ride (on a direct payment basis) in Umngot River bordering India and Bangladesh, also known as crystal clear river

DAY 04: EXCURSION TO LAITLUM CANYON

The morning after breakfast, today we will explore Grand Laitlum Canyon – A hiking retreat offering trails through green meadows to cloud-covered summits with canyon views

It is one of the most scenic tourist and trekking destinations in Shillong, though rarely explored. The valley is located about 21 km south of Shillong which is about 1.30 hour away. Literally, translated into ‘The End of The Hill’, this exotic viewing site provides the best panoramic view of the whole of Meghalaya, embraced by scenic hills and valleys. The spot is ideal for secluded and clean, quiet and peaceful travel

DAY 05: SHILLONG – GUWAHATI & DEPARTURE

The morning after breakfast, Checkout from the hotel and head towards Guwahati. On arrival, our representative will drop you at Guwahati Airport for your return journey
